Pouts That Pop
Dec 18, 2014
Us Rebena gals love making our pouts POP. We recently discovered New York-based illustrator Sara Rabin whom creates the most fashionable napkin visages in pen, ink and designer lipstick – using her own brightly-tinted pursed lips. Below, Sara showcases five dying-to-try shades for this holiday season. Pick one up and pucker up.
GIVENCHY – Crocodile Rouge
A lipstick and collector’s item in one. A mere 3,000 units of Givenchy’s iconic shade, Carmin Escarpin No. 306, have been repackaged in rare crocodile skin, taking the ever-flattering hue that symbolizes old-world elegance into new realm of luxury.
LIPSTICK QUEEN – Silver Screen in Stella
Shrinking violet? Hardly. Lipstick Queen’s Stella merges old Hollywood glam with a modern purple punch. The satin-y texture makes putting this lipstick on an absolute delight, and the pigment is extraordinarily long-lasting.
SURRATT – Lip Crayon in Séductrice
This deep berry red from Surratt, is, as its name suggests, downright seductive. A gliding pencil-like tip makes the application a no-brainer, even for the less coordinated among us.
Will punch of color will you be putting on your pout this season? Please let us know in the comments below. For more great Sara Rabin napkin illustrations, check out our source Barney’s NY.
